You can can call me Bene.
(pronounced: Bennie) (they / them)
I live in Columbus, OH and I love to garden and draw, and draw in the garden, and garden in the drawing.
I draw on silk and paper.
I think of drawing/making as a spiritual process. By this, I mean, I choose to believe in drawing as a way to be connected to myself. I think of myself as including my body but also the world around me. So, I guess you could say, drawing creates a line of connection between interior and exterior self. Sometimes, if I think too much about this, I begin to doubt everything...
Sometimes, drawing is just drawing.
